  1. What are the accepted payment methods?

    All payments are handled through Stripe. No sensitive information is stored by Visual.Coffee and all transactions are secured with 256-bit encryption.

    Is PayPal accepted?

    Currently PayPal is not a supported payment method.

  2. How will my purchase be delivered?

    After payment is confirmed, you will receive the confirmation email at the email address you specified on the checkout form (for registered users it’s the email set in your account). Typically, the email arrives within a few minutes.

    • Files — this includes branding, social media assets, and design (WordPress theme). Download links for all the files purchased will arrive in the receipt email mentioned above.
    • Domain — all domains are registered at porkbun.com, so any transfers to your porkbun.com account will be instant and will only require your Porkbun username. Simply input your Porkbun username in the checkout form.

      What if I don't like Porkbun's name?
      We share your feeling. We chose them not for the name, but because they do offer by far the best domain prices and also good support. Of course, you may transfer your domain to other registrars if desired, after the transfer from us.
    • Installation services — If you purchased installation services, we will contact you within 24 hours at the email address you specified at checkout, to set installation details and schedule.
  3. What is the refund policy?

    Due to the non-tangible digital nature of the products sold, they cannot be returned. Therefore we cannot issue refunds once the product has been downloaded or the domain has been transferred.

    To avoid misunderstandings and dissatisfaction, we strongly recommend that you thoroughly read the product descriptions and view the product demo BEFORE placing the order. For any pre-sale questions email at hello@visual.coffee.

  4. I don't have Adobe Illustrator. Can I use the branding files in Canva?

    Yes. The branding includes also .eps and .svg file formats, both compatible with Canva.
